Hi, I’m Dr. Regina Lazarovich, PhD

Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Compass CBT

I have dedicated my fifteen-year career to helping individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), binge eating, emotional eating, & negative body image. I care deeply about my work and strive to provide the highest level of evidence-based care.

I want to help you find peace with yourself and live a more fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. My style is compassionate, active, and encouraging.
